HRGP LLC will not provide your log in credentials to unauthorized parties for any reason. You are prohibited from sharing any information about HRGP (the "Materials") with any person, organization, company, or any other entity that may compete with HRGP LLC. Unauthorized access to Hire and Retain Good People is a breach of this Agreement.
 
1.2 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
 
The Company reserves any rights not expressly granted herein.
 
1.3 RESTRICTIONS
